Crescent Veggie Pizza Pie

As most of you know I love to cook and bake. The kitchen is the place that I love to be and I hope all the recipes we have brought to you shows that. One of my favorites to cook and bake with is Pillsbury Crescent Rolls. They are so easy and the taste fits beautifully in just about every dish you can think to create. When I was asked to create a recipe I loved. I called my daughter Alex to borrow her recipe. She created this veggie pizza pie years ago and every time she made it, it just seemed to get better. Now I live 700 miles from her so when I miss her I try to make recipes I know she loves or has created. Which is all the time lately πŸ™‚

Pillsbury creates easy, quick-to-fix recipes designed to give you more time with family instead of fussing around in the kitchen. Case in point is this Crescent Veggie Pizza Pie. Super easy and it all starts with Pillsbury Crescent Rolls. It truly doesn’t take more then 30 minutes to make this Crescent Veggie Pizza Pie.

Oh my gosh this pizza sounds so good! I love to use Pillsbury breads to make new things besides just bread as a side dish. I am going to have to try this out for dinner one day next week.

I love making my own veggie pizzas, but I’ve never made them with Pillsbury Crescent Rolls. U have to admit it looks really good and I’m thinking of trying it. I think it would be easier than using pizza dough.
