Italian Antipasto Appetizer

Italian Antipasto Appetizer

What is the one thing that comes to mind during the holidays? For me it is Appetizers! I come from a family where food is how we show love. If I am not in the kitchen then I am seriously sick haha. I’m Italian and my mother was southern. Now I know that combination is a bit different but I believe it has made me the cook I am today and I am very proud of that!

I also look for family when I am creating recipes.  One of the products I adore and use over and over again is Mezzetta. When it comes to olives to me they are my go to product. Did you know Mezzetta is family owned and has been since 1935? The fourth generation of Mezzetta family is continuing the commitment to bring their customers the highest quality foods available. They source only the finest fresh produce from the sun-drenched soils of California, Italy, Spain, France, and Greece and prepare them according to their Italian family recipes at their state-of-the-art production facility in the Napa Valley. That speaks volumes to me. I want my family to have foods rich in tradition and I love being a proud consumer of family businesses.

Combine the mozzarella balls and olives in an airtight container or bag with the Italian dressing.
