Keep your body hydrated

Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water each day. It will help eliminate the harmful toxins out of your body. In addition, this will ensure that your skin stays hydrated in a natural manner. We all know we need to drink more but it can be hard to drink that much. One trick I have found is to have a glass of water as soon as you wake up even before your coffee you have already started to reach your goal.
